the smell of pool disinfectant in the room. I don't know was it from outdoor or SPA pool. I suspect it was from SPA, since our room was in the same building as SPA and there was no smell in the restaurant and reception zone.

Excellent, Luxurious, Spa and breakfast were the highlights

Extremely good breakfast buffet, spa has 5 pools and 4 saunas and has good opening hours, and rooms are quite spacious

I can recommend this hotel to all lovers of relaxation by the pool, good food, and elegance.

We were welcomed with flowers on our Room. The room and its equipment were very clean. The hotel has an elegant interior. The restaurant and reception staff were great. The food was very tasty. The outdoor pool was open even though it was December, New Year. There are new machines in the gym. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve here, many thanks to all the staff who were a part of it all. Special thanks to: Dipa, Kevin, Ahlam, Nerea, Adriana, you were all great!!

I recommend revitalizing the SPA and banning guests without swimsuits there. Coffee at breakfast would be better in a self-service machine, the staff is too busy to serve all the people. Late checkout would be more practical via the guest website. The key to the safe should be handed over as standard at check-in.

Great experience, it was a pleasure to stay.

Spa is nice, food is great, evening music concerts in hall are nice. In the hall there is a Stainway&Sons grand piano, if you are a pianist you are allowed to play it, what I did. The stuff is very polite and supportive, they speak German, English and Spanish.

Lower prices for massages.

The stay was marvellous. Exceeded my expectations

I travelled with a friend. Our stay was only 4days, but the resort exceeded my expectations. It was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, great food, amazing facilities, super clean. Our room had a small terrace outside, a spacious bathroom and even a small living room/kitchen…we had everything we needed and more. The temperature in the room was perfect at all times. I didn’t know exactly what to expect and all I can say is that the resort was amazing. Great value for money. I totally recommend this place!!

Great hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a great location. In a quiet spot but walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants (10-15 mins) A big supermarket and gas station 5 minutes walk away. Room was big with good size living space/kitchenette area. Two big pools with plenty of sun loungers. Adults only pool was a bonus. Exceptional spa facilities and great customer service from all staff. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Would return.

Air con system in the room was noisy. We asked twice for it to be looked at, still noisy.

The room was spotless clean. The Spa and the pool were amazing. The breakfast was very good.

One bathrobe was missing in the room upon check-in.

Good quality hotel with quiet location

Nice hotel, good breakfast, quite spacious room, good beds and large bathroom. Room also had a small kitchenette and washing facilities, but for some reason there was no washing detergent or washing brush - a cleaning lady gave us those when we asked. Cleaning lady was very lovely person, thanks for her!

Gym, inside swimming pool and sauna were nice, but gym equipment was partly outdated and sauna and swimming pool instructions were... well, there was none. People did not wash themselves before swimming and sauna, meaning they were potentially spreading body odour, sweat and diseases like foot infection. And, hotel calls it "Finnish sauna", but that was not Finnish, since in Finland they have a heater where you throw water, and also sauna rules are strict, for example you must wash yourself before sauna - and no swimming suits in sauna. Also, for some reason hotel personnel did always speak german first to us, propably because the hotel had lots of german customers.

Fabulous hotel would definitely recommend.

Fabulous hotel, the breakfast was amazing with a great choice of items.

We had a drink in the bar and when this shut around midnight there was no method of getting a late drink. Other hotels I have stayed in the security guard has acted as bar staff.
